Policies & Rules

At Wonderland Mobile Play, our goal is to create safe, magical play experiences for children while making events stress-free for parents, schools, and event hosts. Please review the following policies before booking.

Booking & Payment Policies

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your event date and time.

Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.

Booking Timeline:

Events must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Bookings made the day of are not guaranteed accommodation; however, we will try our best to host your event. There will be a $125 rush fee for same-day bookings.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Events cancelled within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand things happen! Events may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours notice and must be used within 60 days of the original event date.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

Outdoor events must have:

• A covered area (preferred)
• A backup indoor option(required)

If severe weather occurs, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

Setup Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate setup area.

Setup space must be:

• Flat and level
• Clean and dry

We require:

• 30–45 minutes for setup
• 30 minutes for breakdown

Please ensure the setup area is ready upon arrival.

Supervision Policy

Wonderland Mobile Play provides activity facilitation, but children must always be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.

Age Guidelines

Our Enrichment Activities are designed for children aged 1–6 years old unless otherwise stated.

Older children may participate in select enrichment activities such as:

• Wonderland Bear Factory

Tiny Hands Art Lab
Wonderland Little Chefs
Custom Creation Station

Safety & Hygiene

For the health and safety of all children:

• Children who are sick should not participate in activities.

Event Timing

Your rental time includes:

• Activity time (60 Minutes)
• Setup and breakdown buffer

Additional time may be added in advance if desired.

Late event extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.

Liability Waiver

By booking with Wonderland Mobile Play, the client acknowledges that participation in children's play activities involves inherent risks.

The client agrees to:

• Supervise all children during the event
• Ensure rules are followed
• Hold Wonderland Mobile Play harmless for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety rules.

A liability waiver may be required prior to the event.
